Spy Ninjas HQ is located about 6.5 miles from Las Vegas Boulevard, about an 18 minute drive from the middle of the strip. This off-the-beaten-path destination is themed after the popular YouTube channel Spy Ninjas.

Who are the Spy Ninjas?

The Spy Ninjas are/were a group of YouTubers. Their original channel ran from 2018-2022. The premise of the internet show revolves around its creators, Chad Wild Clay and Vy Qwaint. The pair found a secret tunnel in their home. From there, their follies take them on a journey to protect the internet from the Project Zorgo hacker network. The original run of the series has 365 episodes and they’re available on their Spy Ninjas Reuploads channel.

“Vy and Chad were inspired to explore their house for hidden rooms after watching other YouTubers investigate abandoned places,” the show description for the first episode states. “During their search, Vy discovered a hidden tunnel behind a speaker and, equipped with spy gadgets, crawled through the passageway to uncover a key that unlocked a mysterious closet door.”

According to Qwaint’s YouTube channel description, Qwaint and Clay are married. They got engaged in 2010 and subsequently wed on July 31, 2011.

End of original run

The functional end of Spy Ninjas in its original form came prior to Chad Wild Clay making a public announcement that he had cancer. The final Spy Ninjas episode, in two different versions–one on Clay’s channel and one on the Reuploads channel–ends with Qwaint saying to Clay, who’s in a hospital bed, “I guess it’s just gonna be the two of us for a little while.” And the pair closed out the series with a “Spy Ninjas kick bump” rally call.

In the wake of undergoing cancer treatment, Clay and Qwaint continued the series with a new cast. Clay and Qwaint both maintain their own channels.

“The original Spy Ninjas team decided to part ways while Chad Wild Clay was recovering from his cancer treatments in 2023,” an FAQ about Spy Ninjas states. “During this hiatus, Daniel Gizmo, Regina Ginera, Melvin PZ9, along with their friends Alie and Agent Peters, were encouraged to pursue their own paths and elevate their personal brands, which they have done with great success!”

Gift shop

What kind of family entertainment location would not have a themed shop to buy some IP-laden garb? The selection of apparel and stuff that was available was fairly high quality. If you’re looking for some Spy Ninja themed sweatshirts, tee’s, hats, and more, they have you covered.

The employee who was working the counter was super helpful and kind when we interacted with her.

We ended up leaving the HQ with a few things to sport while be bopping around the Entertainment Capital of the World.

Our trip to the Spy Ninjas HQ

© 2025 Forget Me Knot Media, LLC – Spy Ninjas HQ, Reception Area

My group of travelers hit the Spy Ninjas HQ in January 2025. Our junior adventurer was the one who drove the bus on us hitting this neat location. We’re arcade, family entertainment, and theme park junkies to begin with. Hitting such a spot was not a big vig when traveling to Sin City.

The location is massive, well maintained, modern, and clean. The staff was hit or miss. Mostly, the staff members were friendly and attentive. But the ones who were not, well, just suffice it to say they were not representing a company that’s supposed to be family friendly in the best way. Luckily, there were minimal hiccups with interacting with staff.

We ended up getting 180 minute passes to the park and really had a great time. We did not participate in any of the experiences that were outside general admission, but that was simply because our junior adventurer was just not old enough to do some of the activities. He was bummed. We were bummed. But we got over it.

Trampoline Zone, aerial net area, and Ninja Tag

© 2025 Forget Me Knot Media, LLC – Spy Ninjas HQ, Trampolines

We spent a good amount of time in the Trampoline Zone. There was a ton to do in that area and our junior adventurer got his fill of running around, bouncing, and playing.

Jousting

The jousting area was a bit of a challenge for some of us who are on the hefty side. Climbing out of the pit of foam isn’t as easy as it looks. I do have a whole five minute video of my eldest roommate trying to pull herself out of a similar pit at another adventure park and that affair resulted in a staff member having to get a ladder for her to climb out of. I digress.

Suffice it to say it’s a challenge to get out of these mini pits of despair–I broke a sweat and refused to return to the joust after returning to civilization. I could have died. That’s hyperbole.

Labyrinth

Beneath the Trampoline Zone is an entire labyrinth of mazes that require crawling and crouching. Depending on your BMI, you might have a hard time hefting yourself out of one of the portals in or out of the maze. There are some exits that are easy to navigate, but you need to find them. If you’re an adult, be prepared to crouch and crawl. Are you a big boy or big girl? Get ready to sweat upon egress.

Ninja Tag

© 2025 Forget Me Knot Media, LLC – Spy Ninjas HQ, Ninja Tag Obstacle Course

The Ninja Tag obstacle course is pretty neat. Our junior adventurer spent a good amount of time navigating the multi-story jungle gym. The course has a number of challenges to keep your kiddos occupied.

Tower jump

© 2025 Forget Me Knot Media, LLC – Spy Ninjas HQ, Sky Gauntlet & Crash Pad

There’s also a giant inflatable crash pad to jump onto from an elevated tower in this area. Our roomie jumped several times and had a blast. The staff member who was tending that area that day was not very attentive, so make sure your kiddo understands the rules before flinging themselves off the tower.

Sky Gauntlet

© 2025 Forget Me Knot Media, LLC – Spy Ninjas HQ, Sky Gauntlet

The Sky Gauntlet is an  obstacle course that runs towards the overhead of the building. Look up? You might get dizzy looking for your adventurers up there!

Ropes course and zipline

© 2025 Forget Me Knot Media, LLC – Spy Ninjas HQ, Ropes Course

After running around the end of the park where the Ninja Tag and Trampoline Zone were, we headed to the ropes course. The ropes course is a two-story obstacle course not for the faint of heart. As far as ropes courses go–and we’ve done quite a few–this one has some pretty challenging stuff on it.

© 2025 Forget Me Knot Media, LLC – Spy Ninjas HQ

Depending on what you’re into, this could suck up a fair amount of time.

Anyone looking to get on the zipline, it’s integrated into the ropes course but accessible by a staff-controlled platform. If you’re looking for a jolt to your system and you were born in the 1900’s–like myself–this zipline will make you have an existential moment.

© 2025 Forget Me Knot Media, LLC – Spy Ninjas HQ, Ropes Course

Stepping off the platform might have you softly asking yourself if you’re a penitent man, if you can follow the footsteps of God, and if you’re ready to leap from the lion’s head. After you’ve mustered the guts to trust a harness and some nylon to support you, you’ll go flying over the top of the arcade machines to the receiving platform. Naturally, when I did this, I pictured myself falling to my doom onto a video game, KOing whatever console breaks my fall. I did this once successfully, and that was enough for me.

My junior adventurer followed suit and enjoyed the experience enough to do it more than once. He, however, does not have the same disposition mentally, as he can still be picked up by one arm by an able bodied adult.

Mini-Ninja playground

© 2025 Forget Me Knot Media, LLC – Spy Ninjas HQ, Mini-Ninja

We spent an absolute minimum amount of time in the Mini-Ninja play area. It’s cool, don’t get me wrong. But the spirit and thrill seeking disposition of my junior adventurer was aged out of that area.

Arcade

© 2025 Forget Me Knot Media, LLC – Spy Ninjas HQ, Arcade & Ropes Course

The arcade was not bad. It’s a good accompaniment to the rest of the adventure park. The issue we have with arcades as a rider to other locations is we have some killer dedicated arcades in Jersey. The shore boardwalks we’d normally haunt have some awesome spots. Generally, arcades in non-arcade entertainment locations aren’t the best. The Spy Ninjas arcade was par for course. Not spectacular nor horrible.

We ended up spending quite a bit of time at the Circus Circus arcade later in our trip, as well as the arcade at the Excalibur–the Fun Dungeon, lol. Neither of those were over the top and we left saying, “Hey, we’ve got some killer arcades back in Jersey.” None-the-less, we had fun and were entertained. We pretty much can’t say “no” to claw machines.

In the gift shop, there was a fairly impressive showing of prizes for those who collected enough points in the arcade.

Chad’s Wild Climb

© 2025 Forget Me Knot Media, LLC – Spy Ninjas HQ, Chad’s Wild Climb

It’s been a minute since I’ve been on a dedicated climbing wall and, whoa, it was eye opening. I don’t want to say it was very challenging, but I did not fare too well. I tried to shimmy my tubby butt up some of the walls and I was just totally not connecting. Yes, some of the attractions on Chad’s Wild Climb I navigated without an issue, but that was the exception in this area.

There are a few embarrassing videos my eldest roommate took of me failing to make it in this area. She sat this one out…but, mind you had to get escorted off the ropes course at Great Wolf Lodge in Perryville, Maryland because she got stuck. I digress, again.

The junior adventurer? He was like an orangutan on the climbing walls. Loved em. Found them challenging too.

Our overall experience

© 2025 Forget Me Knot Media, LLC – Spy Ninjas HQ

We loved the Spy Ninjas HQ adventure park. This was a quality location. While we were in Sin City, we also visited the Ninja Kids trampoline/adventure park–review forthcoming eventually–and the newer, more up-to-date Spy Ninjas location really eclipsed what was going on at the Ninja Kids spot.

© 2025 Forget Me Knot Media, LLC – Spy Ninjas HQ, Vaults

Both Glitter Gulch and the Spy Ninjas HQ are on our list of locations to visit again. There were so many other experiences that we just did not get to capitalize on when we visited–we plan on cutting up some fruit, hitting escape rooms, and maybe will toss some axes.

Hitting this location up as our first stop during our Vegas vacation was a good move. It set the tone for a memorable and awesome family-friendly trip to the City of Lost Wages.
